What the Civil Servants say

“The biggest advantage of the programme to me was the opportunity to undertake a development activity in which we had direct contact with individuals ‘on the ground’ that directly felt the impact of Assembly Government policies and practices.”

“The event was a real opportunity to understand a major part of the Welsh economy and the issues faced by the Managing Director’s visited.   The ability to interact on an almost 1-2-1 basis and explore their issues and solutions was extremely valuable”

This was a great opportunity to expand knowledge of different leadership styles and approaches to Management.  It was a rare chance to explore and be inspired by leaders in a different environment.  It was a great learning experience and to be recommended”

“This was a really well put together event in exploring the issues in and around Milford Haven.  It was a rare opportunity to interact with senior managers which I believe was at the heart of a truly great experience” …“My increased knowledge of the energy sector and its importance to the Welsh economy is something that I will take with me in future career developments”
